From Toast to Dessert: Creative Ways to Enjoy Our Premium Spreads

Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

Rich cocoa meets the aroma of hazelnuts, with a silky texture that melts on the tongue. A blend of milk and dark chocolate builds a multi-layered chocolate profile, finished with our house-made caramel shards and a touch of fleur de sel. It opens with toasted hazelnut notes, followed by deep cocoa, and a gentle caramel sweetness with a light  salty taste

.
How to enjoy

  • Breads & pastries: toast, croissants, canelé, madeleines

  • Hot drinks: blend with warm milk for a hot cocoa

  • Cold treats: drizzle over vanilla ice cream or milkshakes

  • Fruit: pairs beautifully with fresh banana or strawberries

Salted Caramel Spread

A silky, amber ribbon of caramel, slowly cooked from sugar with French cream and AOP butter, and finished with fleur de sel. You’ll taste a mature caramel bittersweetness first, then buttery depth; the salt finely balances the sweetness for depth and clarity. Perfect for spreading, drizzling, or folding into desserts.

How to enjoy

  • Classics: breads, puddings, fluffy pancakes, crêpes, ice cream

  • Snacks: cookies, apple slices, salted crackers

  • Cold treats:  fit well with ice cream or milkshake

  • Coffee time: add to a latte for a homemade caramel macchiato

Pistachio Spread

Generous amounts of our in-house roasted pistachios are stone-ground into a smooth nut butter, folded with house-made caramel shards and a pinch of fleur de sel, then rounded with white chocolate. The texture is fine and velvety, with subtle piney and buttery tones. A rich, deeply satisfying pistachio aroma.

How to enjoy

  • Breads & desserts: toast, baguette, croissants, brioche, cheesecake, scones

  • Fruit and Cheese Platter: serve with cookies, berries, and soft cheeses—lovely with a glass of red wine

Storage Guidelines

  • Unopened: store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.

  • Tip for chilled storage: if kept in the refrigerator, scoop a small amount into a bowl and let it warm/soften to a spreadable consistency before use to avoid repeated temperature swings of the whole jar.

  • After opening: due to Taiwan’s warm and humid climate, please refrigerate and consume as soon as possible, ideally within 4 weeks. Always use a dry, clean utensil to avoid introducing moisture or crumbs.

Natural separation: oil separation on the surface is normal—stir well before serving.
