Macarons need to be store in refrigerator for up to a week or in a freezer for up to a month (if kept wrapped in plastic film or in a box) after delivery. You might also freeze them upon arrival for up to 4 weeks.
The best tasting period is 7 days after delivery or purshase. Flavours are at their best when the macarons are kept at the bottom of the fridge (+4°C/ +6°C) and brought back to room temperature 30 minutes (40 to 60 minutes if frozen) before serving. The shell is firm and crispy, the filling is soft and smooth. We do not recommended to keep your macarons at room temperature for more than 4 hours. Recommended beverages : unsweetened tea, black coffee, and champagne!

Yes No flour is added to the shell. Our fillings are all homemade recipies, and do not contain gluten based ingredients.
