The shell biscuit includes almond flour, sugar, egg whites and food coloring. The main ingredients for the filling are chocolate, confectionary sugar, dairy (heavy cream/butter), jam and other diverse materials according to different tastes. Please refer to the flavors listing page for each flavor full ingredient descriptions.

Macarons need to be store in refrigerator for up to a week or in a freezer for up to a month (if kept wrapped in plastic film or in a box) after delivery. You might also freeze them upon arrival for up to 4 weeks.

The best tasting period is 7 days after delivery or purshase. Flavours are at their best when the macarons are kept at the bottom of the fridge (+4°C/ +6°C) and brought back to room temperature 30 minutes (40 to 60 minutes if frozen) before serving. The shell is firm and crispy, the filling is soft and smooth. We do not recommended to keep your macarons at room temperature for more than 4 hours. Recommended beverages : unsweetened tea, black coffee, and champagne!

No. Macarons are all made with dairy, white egg, and some flavors contain gelatin. Please refer to the flavors listing page for full ingredients descriptions.

Yes No flour is added to the shell. Our fillings are all homemade recipies, and do not contain gluten based ingredients.

All macarons are made with almond flour. About our other products, please be advised that they might have been in contact with nuts. If you have a nut allergy we do not suggest eating our macarons or other products. Most of our macarons also contain dairy. Some of our macaron contain gelatine. We do not deliver on Sunday and Monday.
Please complete the payment within 24 hours so that your order can be shipped on time.

You can cancel your order for no cost, only if it has not yet been processed and shipped from our bakery. In such cases, we will immediately process the refund and you will see it reflected in the next 3-5 business days.

We work hand-in-hand with Taiwan Pelican Express.
Goods are shipped frozen to ensure the freshness of the macaron.
This shipping carrier is able to deliver to our clients within 24h or 48 hours after shippment.

We provide home delivery services across the mainland of Taiwan. We do not deliver Taiwan outlying islands

Shipping cost is NT160 per order.
